Downs View Link College have begun developing the small plot of land infront of the college, adding to the already rich biodiversity on the Surrenden Campus.
With the help of Sussex Wildlife Trust volunteers, they’ve constructed some raised bed, accessible for students in wheelchairs.
They also started removing the turf and planting wildflower seeds, becoming one of the latest schools to be involved in creating a City of Meadows.
