Veolia are now offering trips for school pupils to visit the Materials Recovery Facility in Hollingdean to find out what happens to household recycling.

We’re offering a taster trip for teachers to learn about the process and find out how to bring their pupils.

Due to the hours the machinery is in operation, this visit needs to be within school hours.

Teachers should wear sturdy shoes, long sleeves and trousers.
